Matt Tavener & Molly De Mattos
Matt Tavener and Molly DiMatos are the founders of The Matt & Molly Team, one of Asheville, North Carolina's most respected real estate teams. For more than a decade, they have built their business on a simple philosophy: relationships come first.
Drawing on more than 40 years of family real estate experience, Matt is known for his servant-hearted leadership, exceptional client care, and unwavering commitment to his community. Beyond real estate, he is a devoted husband and father who gives back through local nonprofit organizations and community service.
Molly's journey has always been rooted in growth, connection, and helping others thrive. A former Division I student-athlete and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Asheville, she began her career with the Girl Scouts before following her passion into real estate. Today, she is an award-winning REALTOR®, recipient of the prestigious Bob Carter Award for servant leadership, coach, speaker, and mentor who has inspired thousands of people across the United States and around the world.
Together, Matt and Molly have consistently ranked among the top real estate teams in Western North Carolina and have repeatedly been recognized as one of the region's most trusted and respected teams. More importantly, they have built a business defined by generosity, authenticity, and a genuine desire to help people flourish.
