Eligible initiatives may be submitted to the Foundation for consideration.
APPLY
The Foundation's independent Board evaluates each proposal based on the Foundation's charitable mission and applicable nonprofit law.
REVIEW
Approved initiatives may receive charitable support, fiscal sponsorship, grants, or other Foundation resources.
IMPACT
Foundation Governance
The CARE • SERVE • GIVE Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors dedicated to advancing the Foundation's charitable mission.
The Board independently oversees all charitable activities, including grants, fiscal sponsorship arrangements, and the use of Foundation resources.
All decisions are made solely at the Board's discretion and in accordance with the Foundation's governing documents, applicable nonprofit law, and its charitable mission.
The CARE • SERVE • GIVE Foundation is an independent charitable organization governed by its own Board of Directors.
Participation in the CARE • SERVE • GIVE Community or any affiliated for-profit program does not guarantee grants, fiscal sponsorship, or other charitable support. All Foundation programs and charitable activities are approved independently by the Foundation's Board in furtherance of its charitable mission and applicable nonprofit law.
