Matt Miale is the founder and CEO of The Miale Team, one of Connecticut's most recognized real estate organizations and an eight-time Best of Hartford winner. With more than two decades of experience, Matt has built a family of companies dedicated to empowering people through real estate, leadership development, coaching, and community impact.
Known for his passion for helping others grow, Matt has coached and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals across the country while leading one of New England's top-performing real estate teams. His philosophy is simple: when you invest in people, success follows.
Beyond real estate, Matt is deeply committed to serving his community. Through The Miale Team's mission; "We empower people—the people we serve, and those we serve with.", he has created a culture where giving back is woven into everything the organization does—from company-wide service initiatives and charitable partnerships to encouraging every team member to make a difference in the communities they serve.
Today, Matt proudly serves on the inaugural Board of Directors for the Care • Serve • Give Foundation, where he continues his lifelong commitment to creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and inspiring others to lead through service.

How The Maile Team Builds Community
At The Miale Team, giving back has never been an initiative—it's part of who they are.

Through annual fundraising events, volunteer initiatives, sponsorships, and community partnerships, they have woven generosity into the fabric of their business.
Since 2022, the team has helped raise more than $55,500 for Connecticut Foodshare through community fundraising campaigns and annual turkey drives, providing meals for thousands of Connecticut families during the holiday season. They have also supported The Village for Families & Children through school supply drives and financial donations, partnered with Marine Corps Toys for Tots, and proudly sponsored local schools, youth sports organizations, educational programs, and community events throughout Connecticut.
Their commitment to service has earned them the Junior League of Hartford Impact Award, recognizing their leadership and dedication to strengthening their community.
Beyond these company-wide initiatives, generosity is embraced by every member of the team.
