From one on one consulting to create a plan to help design a path for mindset development all the way to keynote talks for over 2500 people, Molly is happy to create an individualized plan that suits the needs for any person, family or business interested in hearing GOOD stuff to grow on!
aBOUT THE FOUNDER
Molly De Mattos
Molly de Mattos was born in California into a loving family that put an emphasis on education and learning! They moved across the country in 1992 where Molly discovered a love for Track and Field and a young talent for connecting with others.
Her love of the throwing events eventually earned her a scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Asheville where Molly competed in Division 1 athletics and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and a track in creative writing.
Upon graduation, Molly stayed in Asheville and began work with the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, a position that she held until she decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and become a Real Estate agent.
Molly became a licensed Real Estate agent in NC in 2004. In 2011, she partnered with Matt Tavener and together they created The Matt & Molly Team, LLC based out of Asheville, NC. Matt & Molly have grown their business for over 12 years and are regularly in the top 5 groups in the Asheville area in production and are consistently voted #1 by the community!
Molly provides passion, joy, and accountability in all that she does and cares deeply about cultivating that in others. Molly has impacted thousands of humans and folks across the US, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, Poland, South Africa and more.
