Amanda Schroder’s mission is to help people discover their personal magic, strengthen their communities and live their best lives.

A Realtor since 2014, Amanda founded A Key Home Team in 2020 and has grown it into a top 2% small real estate team in Wisconsin. Drawing on her background in education and hospitality, Amanda has created a clients-first business built around exceptional care, seamless systems and the belief that there should always be room for a little fun along the way.

From 2019 through 2024, Amanda also served as a Productivity Coach, helping other real estate professionals grow their businesses and discover what they were capable of achieving.

Her passion for building community extends well beyond real estate. Amanda is the co-owner and founder of Milwaukee Mix, a supportive small business community on Milwaukee’s East Side that she owns with her husband, Jon, a stained glass artist and owner of Cobalt Glassworks.

Whether she is serving her team, caring for clients, connecting local business owners or championing Milwaukee’s restaurants and arts community, Amanda brings the same philosophy to everything she does: help people thrive, create meaningful connection and leave the community better because you are part of it.

For Amanda Schroder, community isn't one part of the business. It's woven into nearly everything she does

It starts with her own team, helping the people around her grow and build lives they love. It extends to her clients, connecting them not only with homes, but with local businesses, organizations and one another.

Amanda has also created spaces specifically designed to bring people together, including Milwaukee Mix, a community supporting local small businesses; Handmade Holiday, an annual holiday market; and a bi-monthly dining club that creates another opportunity for people to gather, connect and discover their community.

Her commitment continues through volunteering with organizations including the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, the Florentine Opera and the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation, as well as financial support for a wide range of organizations and causes important to her.

For Amanda, building community means connecting people, championing local businesses, showing up for organizations doing meaningful work and using the relationships and resources created through business to strengthen the place she calls home.
